Examples include but are not limited to: blessing of a new parent, customized wedding rituals, self-commitment ceremony, ashen death mandala ritual, corporate celebrations, birthday extravaganza, living funeral, or a painted dance party.

Death Doula Sessions
Wherever you are in your relationship to death, dying, & grief, you need not walk alone. As your death doula, I will seek to create a compassionate, supportive, authentic container for you to explore what feels most true to you. These sessions are individualized for your specific goals, and together we will build what our time looks like. May include conversation & emotional processing, energetic support, writing prompts, meditation, creative brainstorming, nonreligious spiritual counseling, ceremony, and more - based on your unique wishes & interests. Sliding scale $55-120. This invoice is for the base sliding scale rate of $55. If you are able to contribute at a different rate, please add the extra as a "tip" below. Thank you for this exchange!

Together, we will spark inspiration through creative prompts and facilitation, designed specifically to tap into play and presence through the arts. Let’s expand beyond the voice of the inner critic, and open new possibilities for living. No experience necessary! Sessions may include specific intentions (i.e. cultivating self-compassion, welcoming a new stage of life, releasing tension) or simply a desire to explore new terrain.
