Private Play Booking - 2 hours

Private Play Groups - MINIMUM 2 kids. $30 per child (groups of 2 to 4 children) $25 per child (groups of more than 5 children) **up to 2 adults per kid Terms & Conditions 1. All children must be supervised by an accompanying adult. Chiki Town indoor playground is an unsupervised play area (no staff on sight). We are not responsible for your children's safety or injuries that may occur from unsafe play or inappropriate use of equipment. 2. All hands must be disinfected with the hand sanitizer before entry into playground. 3. No eating or drinking inside the playground area. Food must remain in the front area. (Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks). 4. Play slots follow very strict time restrictions and any lateness will result in lost time from your play. 5. The private play option CANNOT be used for birthday party. If you are interested in a birthday during one of the private play time, the birthday party rate will apply. 6. Our staff clean and sanitize the venue before the next family comes in, so we do ask that when your time is up, leave on time. If no one is scheduled for playtime after you, you can extend your time for $5 per child for each 30 minutes of playtime. Any time taken beyond your scheduled booking will result in a $5 per child additional fee. When confirming your reservation you are agreeing to the following: ACKNOWLEDGE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND that I or my participant will be engaging in activities that could involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from my own or my participant actions, inactions or negligence, but from the actions, inactions or negligence of others, the rules of play of the Activity, and/or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used, and that there may be other risks not known to me or not reasonably foreseeable at this time. I assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any and all damages in connection with such injury, permanent disability or death RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY AND AGREE NOT TO SUE, CHIKI TOWN LLC and any sponsors, advertisers, owners and / or users of the Center of any Activity therein, including affiliates and subsidiaries of all the foregoing, and the officers, directors, employees, volunteer, sub-contractors and agents of all of the foregoing (collectively, the “Release”) FROM ALL PRESENT AND FUTURE CLAIMS THAT MAY BE MADE BY ME OR ANY MEMBER OF THE GROUP PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY (INCLUDING MINORS) FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR WRONGFUL DEATH, WHEREVER, WHENEVER OR HOWEVER THE SAME MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF MY OR THE PARTICIPANTS' PARTICIPATION IN AND/OR OBSERVATION OF THE ACTIVITIES
