New Patients Only: Exam/Adjustment/Nutrition Combination Appointment

Looking to get the most out of your health care? This combination new patient visit provides an assessment of both your physical/spinal health, as well as a full nutritional consultation/evaluation, and the first adjustment. Booked separately, these services would cost $150. However, this new patient visit provides a time and money saving option to those new patients looking to rapidly improve their health, without making multiple trips to the office. In addition, this qualifies--as do all our nutritional services offered--for the $25 supplement exchange, making the nutritional consultation essentially free when booked this way. Please book this appointment if: --you HAVE been to our office as a new patient --you HAVE received care with us in the past BUT... --it has been longer than six (6) months since your last appointment or --you have had a recent fall, accident, or injury. We care about you and your health. When you have been away from care or recently injured, it is important we re-evaluate your current health and our approach to best serve you. Please allow us the proper time to care adequately for you by booking this appointment if you qualify for this category. As always, if you have questions or need assistance, please contact the office via phone/email. Please book this appointment ONLY if: you have already had a new patient exam with us, you have been accepted as an active patient of our practice, you have not been involved in a major accident or injury, you have been in at least one time in the last six (6) months. By booking this appointment, you are confirming that, you are an existing patient of this practice, it has been no longer than six (6) months since your last regular visit in our office, and you have not been in a recent accident or injury. If you do not meet the above criteria for this appointment, please either book a new patient exam, a reexamination appointment, or call/email the office for assistance. As well, we require that you have also already had your initial nutritional consultation/evaluation either as a stand alone appointment, or as a part of our combination new patient exam. As is true of all our nutritional services in the office, the $25 supplement exchange* applies to this visit.
