Initial Consultation
This includes a 1-hour in-person consultation that allows me to simply get to know you better as we review your exercise and medical history en route to setting realistic goals and discussing your path to success. Upon booking, a non-refundable, one-time consultation fee (listed below) is required in addition to the cost of any personal training sessions the client may elect to book thereafter. This consultation is mandatory prior to beginning any personal training instruction or supervised exercise program.
On-Site Personal Training
A single, session of in-person, on-site personal training (up to 1 hour) instruction including but not limited to strength & conditioning, mobility, cardio/endurance training, and other tips, form instruction, and advice. If you're looking for in-depth demonstrations of functional techniques or simply need someone to guide and motivate you as you train, this is for you! Note: An initial consultation must be completed prior to booking or beginning personal training instruction or a supervised exercise program.
1-Month (4 Weeks) Personal Training Package
This includes: - Initial Consultation - (8) total on-site personal training sessions (2 sessions/week for 4 weeks) - (4) Unsupervised Workout session plans - (1) nutrition consultation - (1) opportunity for a friend to join one of your eight training sessions and work out alongside you for FREE - Weekly educational emails and promotions - Exclusive online training plan discounts & more! 3-Month (12 Weeks) Personal Training Plan

Fundamental Exercise Assessment
Maybe you've hit a plateau in your training. Do you feel general discomfort or pain when you perform certain exercises? Perhaps you've just never been confident in your exercise form, or you're just not "feeling" your muscles working properly. If any of these are the case, I'm pleased to provide exactly what you've been looking for to help put you back on the path to optimal and healthy performance.
