PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Before entering the salon the following must be done...
1.) You MUST have a mask on while being serviced, if you do not have a mask, I will have one for you, however it is an additional $2 charge. You MUST wash your hands before service starts
2.) ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUEST, kids are included. If you have any extra guest I will not be able to service you.
3.) Please come to your appointment on time, there will be no waiting in the lobby if another client is being serviced.
Please understand this is all for the safety of my clients, their families, as well as myself and my family to ensure that we all are safe after leaving the salon.
Payment: CASH, CASH APP, or SQUARE INVOICE ONLY (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Deposits and Services are NON REFUNDABLE, no exceptions!
Late Policy: Please arrive on time, after 10 mins a $15 late fee is enforced and after 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit. Please be mindful that you are not the only appointment scheduled and if you are late it pushes everyone else back.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance with no charge, if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee and loss of deposit, no call no show will be charged 100% of service.
All appointments can only be rescheduled up to 2 times, after the 2ND time appointment will be canceled & deposit will have to be paid again for the new appointment. NO exceptions.
Children & Extra Guest
Any children under 14 years of age being serviced must have an adult with them during their appointment, and 14+ must have payment with them to pay for services, I cannot be responsible once you leave the premises.
Please, NO kids and NO extra guests during your appointment unless being serviced!
