Hop Le L.Ac.

Hop is a licensed acupuncturist who believes that in order to achieve optimal health and wellness, the body must be in balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. She is trained in Traditional Chinese and Japanese style acupuncture, with special interests in mental health, pain management, fertility, women’s and men’s health, aesthetic, and GI complaints. She graduated with a Master of Science in Acupuncture from Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Arizona State University. Hop enjoys volunteering her time to serve various communities such as the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS, Phoenix Allies for Community Health, and Naturopaths Without Borders.

Krissi Holder, L.Ac., MSOM

Krissi Holder B.S., L.Ac., MSOM has been in the field of healthcare for over 30 years in Phoenix, AZ. She is an Arizona State Licensed Acupuncturist and Nationally Certified Herbalist. Growing up with medicine working in her father’s busy family practice, she was pre-med at University of Arizona graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry. Krissi somewhat followed in her father’s footsteps and also specializes in family medicine. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in San Diego. When not working with patients or spending time in the herbal pharmacy at her clinic, tBird Herbs & Acupuncture, she is loving life with husband Brian, daughter Mathilde, tortoise Hallodor, and dogs Bruce & Hobo. Krissi enjoys water sports, snow culture, golf, gardening, fishing and fly tying.
