Our Services

Free Consultation with Toby
A free consult is for the artist to trace your body part where the tattoo will be going, to confirm the artwork that they will be spending their time drawing for you, and to give you a price quote. This is still only a quote, depending on later changes and how well you sit during the tattoo, the price can change. Please bring any reference pictures to give your artist and be prepared to pay your deposit.

Douglas Lamb
Originally from the Midwest, I started tattooing in 2009 after serving 8 years in the Marine Corps. I have a strong interest in Traditional & Neo-Traditional tattooing; however after working in street shops for most of my career, I enjoy the challenge of creating tattoos for clients regardless of the style or size. I also paint new custom flash designs regularly that I would love to tattoo, stop in the tattoo shop and check them out! For more info on Douglas his website is: http://www.douglaslambtattoo.com

Toby Linwood
Richard “Toby” Linwood is a BIPOC (Black and Indigenous Person of Color) tattoo shop owner and tattoo artist at Tattoo 34 on Hawthorne Blvd. He has been tattooing since 2010. He started his tattoo career in the Bay Area and then moved with his family to continue this profession in Portland. Toby said he enjoys tattooing because, "I love working with and creating artwork with other people. I've created artwork in many other forms but this one is more lasting and personal." Toby has done most styles of tattoos but can't choose a favorite. "Any and all" is what he likes, though the other artists have called him, "the script master of the shop" and "the cover up King". Toby's passion and dedication to his art shows in every tattoo he does.
