Physical Therapy Session- NO Insurance
Physical Therapy treatments are designed specifically for each individual patient. Each session is intended to address a multitude of goals discussed with the patient in the first visit.
These goals can be achieved by soft tissue mobilization (Graston Technique, myofascial decompression, myofascial release), joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, postural training, and kinesiotaping using the Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) technique with Rocktape.
We continue to emphasize the value of our passive techniques, however what’s most important in your care is the movement education you enforce in your body (i.e. strengthening, stretching, balance training). This includes paying good attention to your habits at work, home, your exercise/fitness regimen, diet, sleep, etc.
Our sessions are extremely interactive and we hope to help you move so you can do the things you love to do in your life.

Cup Therapy with Hypervolt
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin to create suction. Its helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being.
Vibration massage. The Hypervolt is a cordless, state-of-the-art vibration massage device that relieves muscle stiffness and soreness, increases circulation and simply feels good.
Kinesiology taping with RockTape
Taping can be used to treat sports and non-sports injuries, including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner's knee and back pain*. RockTape microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia below, which allows for decompression of the area, promoting blood flow, decreasing inflammation and providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body's range of motion.
