There is a 1.5-2hr window reserve for this service. If more time is needed there is an additional fee. There is a $10 non refundable fee for this convenience. This fee WILL NOT be refunded for cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment, no answer at the destination upon arrival after 3 knocks and phone call to the number we have on file or Appointments made less than 24 hours.
