Are you local? I will spend 1 hour with you to personally train you at your home. Home gym or not, we will put together a great resistance training routine that you can follow on a weekly basis. Pricing includes travel time and 1 hour libe session

This consultation is only for individuals who have purchased the 30Days 2Burn! Fitness Program. We will discuss current eating habits and fitness experience to get you up and running on the program for maximum results.

4 Week Coaching Package

Four 30-40 minute sessions split over 4 weeks. This package is great to help keep you on track. We will discuss meal planning and fitness training adjustments that you may need to make for continued results.
