This is a New Patient Visit for patients who have 'Out of Network Insurance' or are paying with cash. This is a visit which includes acupuncture and 15 minutes of massage. All modalities such as gua sha and Chi Nei Tsang may be included. Cupping is included in this offering. Text today to see if your insurance plan qualifies.

Massage and/or Chi Nei Tsang (payment only/ tipping welcome)

This is a 45 minute session of therapeutic and restorative massage an/or Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Therapy. A full hour is allotted for check in, paper work and check out. You will be on the table receiving massage for 45 minutes. Insurance does not pay for this service.

The Deluxe Spa Session

This is thirty minutes plus of massage, a full acupuncture session and any TCM modality you would like to add such as heat lamp, electro-stim, moxa or gua sha. This is the only treatment which includes cupping at no extra charge. This is not a session that is covered by insurance.

Phone/Video Lifestyle, Nutrition and Herbal consult

This is a detailed health intake with tongue diagnosis done by video which looks deeply into any lifestyle or nutritional changes that can be made to boost health outcomes. Herbal therapies are also recommended for specific health needs. Herbal Formulas are not included in the intake fee.

This is a 75 minute treatment offered to give the New Patient holding a Voucher or Coupon for Acupuncture, Massage or Chi Nei Tsang a sample of the techniques of this practice. Traditional Chinese Medicine Intake is included.

Follow Up Visit Acupuncture/Massage Cash and Out of Network Patients (no vouchers) (75 minutes)

This is a visit which includes 15 minutes of massage and the possibility for any modality such as gua sha, moxibustion and Chi Nei Tsang, Cupping is an extra $30. Please contact Dr. Amy Schlegel by text prior to your visit to see if you have 'Out of Network Benefits’ for acupuncture.

Follow Up Visit Acupuncture (In Network Insurance) (45 minutes)

A relaxing and therapeutic acupuncture session including 5 minutes of massage and option for other modalities such as gua Sha and electro-stim. Cupping is an additional 35 and additional massage can be prorated. In Network plans are Blue Shield, Blue Cross, United Health Care, All ASH plans, Alliance health, Local Medi-Cal and more. Follow up Visit (Vouchers, Coupons, Deals) Acupuncture, Massage, Chi Nei Tsang (60 minutes)

This Follow up Visit is to give a second treatment to the patient holding a Voucher, Coupon or Deal to demonstrate the benefits of two sessions with Acupuncture, Massage and/or or Chi Nei Tsang.

$130 · 1 hour

Extra 15 minutes massage

This is extra massage time made available to patients paying with insurance who do not have massage benefits and will paying full price or a discounted price for the massage portion of the session.

Extra 30 minutes massage

This is a service made available to insurance patients whose insurance does not cover massage. This is available as an full price or discounted out of pocket fee.

Add Extra 25 minutes for cupping

This is a service made available to both insurance and cash paying patients at an extra fee of $35.
