Our on-site hourly rate for all services. 1 hour minimum, 30 minute increments thereafter. Trip charge applies if outside service area.

Remote support requires half-hour payment upfront for non-MSP clients. If the work is going to be longer than 30 minutes, an additional hold will be required on a valid card.

Pick up/Drop-Off Request

You wish to request a pick up or drop-off of your computer. This is free within our service area. Please note that this will be confirmed by phone once the request has been put through. You will be required to add a valid credit card to hold this appointment. Cancellation fee applies if nobody is home, no-show at scheduled time or cancelled within 2 hours of appointment time.
