Fitness Assessment (FMS)

This is where we meet in person to talk about your goals, your health and fitness history, and your injury history. We establish a relationship and may do some brief screening (FMS) / testing so I can get an idea of your current level of fitness. This is free. We run the Functional Movement Screen, a screen that reveals your current level of control, mobility, and stability. It helps uncover movement compensations and the screen can be a good indicator for risk of injury. Take the free screen and see how you do and what we can do to improve your movement profile!
