This membership includes 4 weeks of all live stream classes plus 5 recorded classes weekly. Every membership begins on a Monday to ensure you receive your recorded classes. No refunds will be given unless due to unforeseen circumstances at owners approval.

Chakra Reiki Healing

This session will focus on aligning, opening & healing the 7 main chakras as well as total body healing. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Reiki Healing & Guidance

This session will focus on total body & chakra reiki healing as well as a 3 card tarot reading to help guide you. The reading takes place after we open up chakras & work on healing the total mind & body so that it may help guide you in whatever you are truly searching for. Assisted Stretching

This session will involve a hands on approach as I help stretch you in order to achieve a deeper stretch & a more personalized healing thru stretch. Assisted stretching can improve your core strength and posture, and enhance your athletic performance while reducing your recovery time. Stretching is even touted as a way to lower your stress levels, improve your sleep and boost your energy. Distance Chakra Reiki

This session will focus on aligning, opening & healing the 7 main chakras as well as total body healing. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. This is for a distance session, no in person contact necessary. We will do an intake phone call to set you up & then I will call once the hour session is over to review my findings.
