First appointment: 1.5 hours to review your forms, healing concerns, wellness goals. Along with a body balance and start your healing journey. We will listen to your body and see where and what needs to be balanced first. The body is like an onion you peal one layer at a time.

Holistic Lymphatic Technique Follow-up Session

Holistic Lymphatic Technique consists of gentle rhythmical movements to lightly activate interstitial fluid on a cellular level, moving it through the tissues and into the lymphatic system, helping it to drain toxins and move throughout the body. This method can be conducted without removing your clothing, no lotions or creams need.

Initial Holistic Lymphatic Technique Session

The Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage (VMLD) is a unique and highly effective way of moving stagnant fluid from around your cells through the tissues and into the lymphatic system for drainage. It detoxifies & purifies your internal system to support healing. This is an ideal modality to begin with to optimize the benefits of all other modalities you engage with. The session is fully clothed. This session is 1.5 hours to have time to fill out intake forms and honor all our needs.

Intuitive healing is a non-invasive approach to releasing belief systems (old or present), stress, and traumas, while re-establishing whole Body/Mind connections. I will be using various techniques from BodyTalk, Bodyintuitive, Therapeutic Touch, Chakra Balancing, Linking Awareness, Mindset Coaching and more. I will support you in gaining clarity and self-awareness, while exploring what brings balance, peace, and joy to your life. Remote sessions are available.
