The Organizing Genius - BOOKING POLICY... CANCELLATION: Your cancellation window is prior to processing your payment. If for any reason you have doubts about getting organized by The Organizing Genius, please hold off on booking until you’ve gained certainty. We’re happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. DEPOSIT: A non-refundable ‘Booking Deposit’ is required to reserve your spot on the calendar. This deposit covers your first six hours of service. Sunday sessions are available upon request for 15% above the regular rate. See rescheduling guidelines below... RESCHEDULING: Once your session is booked, that time-slot is reserved for you. Planning and preparation starts the moment your deposit is received. Once booked, cancellations are not accepted. If for any reason you cannot keep your booking date, you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of the time we are scheduled to arrive in order to reschedule. Failure to reschedule within 72 hours of your session may result in loss of deposit. There are 3 options: 1. Reschedule to the next available date (this can only be done once). 2. Go online and reschedule within 90 days of your original session date 3. Transfer your deposit to a friend or family member. NOTE: Pre-Paid services must be Booked or Transferred within 90 days from your original purchase date. Transferred service recipients cannot use your deposit as theirs...however, it will be credited towards their final invoice. Sending an email will not suffice, you must contact us by phone and receive verbal or text confirmation from us to confirm your reschedule request. LATE: If you are running late, you must notify us. We will wait no longer than 15 minutes from your session time for your arrival, after which time your session will be canceled which may result in loss of deposit. AGREEMENT: To confirm agreement to this policy, add it to your service package upon checkout. Payment will serve as your signature.

SixPak - Li McGi

This package is RESERVED for existing clients only. It’s designed to allow pre-payment of time for one-on-one sessions with Li McGi. Can be used for AfterCare or new, small projects such as folding, sorting, filing...etc. * READ BEFORE BOOKING: 1. The SixPak is a discounted package of hours. This does not guarantee project completion within a 6 hour timeframe. Time and cost may vary due to size, condition, elements, and complexity of the project(s). 2. AfterCare is ongoing monthly (or quarterly) maintenance of a previously organized space. Also used for teaching how to keep things organized. 3. SixPak with Li McGi sessions must be booked in a minimum of 2 hour increments. Unused hours must be used within 90 days from purchase. 4. A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from your first service invoice. 5. Non climate-controlled areas such as a garage, attic or shed are not covered under this package. Please book a ‘SixPak – Non-Climate'. 6. Containers are NOT INCLUDED. The SixPak only covers the cost of your Organizer(s). Additional costs for organizing supplies, assembly/installation of furniture & fixtures, trash removal etc. should be covered by the client. 7. Additional costs may apply for the coordination and sell of unwanted items. 8. Ask Li McGi

MONDAYS, ONLY ASK LI MCGI: This is an informal sit down (via video call) with Principal Organizer Li McGi. This session is ideal for someone aspiring to become a Professional Organizer but have no idea where to start. During this 1 hour session we’ll discuss our startup journey, client experiences, social media, web marketing, pros/cons etc. There will also be a Q&A session. * READ BEFORE BOOKING: 1. Our specific techniques, operation, pricing structure and contracts are not covered in the session. 3. This is an advisory session only therefore business success is not guaranteed. 4. We’ll meet via video on Zoom. 4. Session must be paid in full at the time of booking. 5. Sessions are to be booked on weekdays in the evenings, after 5 pm CST. Please don’t book any virtual sessions on Saturday or Sunday or before 5pm weekdays. Bookings outside of these guidelines will be rescheduled. 6. ClutterBuster

In many situations, a prerequisite to getting organized is getting DeCluttered. In this case we’ll schedule a visit with 2 or more DeCluttering Specialists ahead of your organizing session with Li McGi. The Decluttering Specialists will sort all clutter in the target area(s) into specific categories. During this process you’ll have the opportunity to purge items you no longer need or want. The primary purpose for this service is to: A. Clear and Sort a cluttered space in preparation of getting professionally organized. OR B. Break the clutter down into manageable pieces, giving the DIY organizer a jumpstart on their organizing project. * READ BEFORE BOOKING: 1. Your presence is required for all DeCluttering sessions as we cannot decipher your items nor decide what stays or goes. 2. Once the space has been DeCluttered, you’ll be responsible for working through your sorted items and implementing your own organizing systems. If you don’t expect to be hands on...don’t book the ClutterBuster alone...add the SixPak. 3. Size and complexity will determine how many specialists and hours are needed. The average session time is 6 hours. Cannot be used in non-climate controlled spaces such as garages. 4. A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking any additional time will be invoiced upon project completion. 5. Booking Policy applies to this package (see details below).

How It Works: “Beyond Houston” is a specialized service...therefore, the rate is one and a half times the local service rate. In addition, all associated travel expenses for Team Genius will be added to the overall project cost.
