-Identify Challenges: Here we go over what's holding you back from achieving your goals and we make a plan to overcome these challenges
-Nutrition and Lifestyle assessment: We want to make sure that we identify nutrition and other lifestyle habits that are hindering your progress and I give you tips to start changing them right away.
