During this free session we will go over your fitness goals in depth and more importantly we will go over how to reach them! What's included: -Goal setting and breakdown: It's very important to have clear and define goals so that we can make a plan to achieve them. -Identify Challenges: Here we go over what's holding you back from achieving your goals and we make a plan to overcome these challenges -Nutrition and Lifestyle assessment: We want to make sure that we identify nutrition and other lifestyle habits that are hindering your progress and I give you tips to start changing them right away. We will close out with more details of how we work together online and how I can help you reach your goals!
