Distant/ Remote Reiki

This is a great option if you want to stay at home or are traveling. Session to be pain in advance. I recommend you schedule before bed time as this tends to make people relaxed to the point of becoming sleepy (do not schedule when you know you will be driving!) Plan to lay down, with meditation music. Ask family/pets to let you have 45 minutes uninterrupted. We will chat first regarding your intention for the session. If you fall asleep, we can discuss any questions the following day.
