Office Administrator Essentials (1.5 hours)
New to Universal Office? Whether you’re a receptionist or office administrator, this is the best place to start with your training. Learn a how-to on all the basics – including patient intake and scheduling, the Patient Manager and Appointment Book. By the time you finish this course, you’ll know how to book appointments quickly, create new patient records, attach files, record correspondence, charge for visits, issue private invoices, and record payments. This package is the best option for new subscribers and for Universal Office newbies.
Office Administrator Advanced (1.5 hours)
An advanced course for the advanced Universal Office user, those who complete this course will be able to configure and modify advanced settings, further customize the system to your facility, create and modify provider schedules, and navigate your way through statistical and financial reports.
Billing and Collections (2 hours)
For all the billing and collection clerks out there, we know your time is valuable. From issuing invoices to reconciling payment and generating collection reports, this course will help you enrich your toolbox – allowing you to invoice and collect faster than ever.
Provider Essentials (1 hour)
You’re a healthcare provider, and we know that means more than treating patients. It also means you are overloaded with paperwork.
