Breathwork Assessment & Guidance - 60 minute

This is a 60-minute session in which your natural breathing pattern will be assessed. We will discuss how your specific breath pattern may be affecting your health and wellness. You will be guided to consciously bring awareness to your breath and try out alternate breathing techniques to improve your uptake of oxygen, regulation of your nervous system, improve energy levels and physical body function. This session can be done either remotely or in person - please provide your preference. Deep Breathwork - Part 1 Prep - 30 min

Deep Conscious Breathwrok is a combined set of 2 sessions. Book this 30 minute session 1st session. This is a breathwork consultation to discuss your specific needs and desired outcomes and review the type of breathwork we will be doing together. Please book your Part 2 Session (75 minutes) to be a few days or up to 2 weeks after the Part 1 session. The total cost of the two sessions together is $333. This session is usually done remotely via Zoom. If you would prefer to meet in person, please just let me know and we will set that up. Deep Breathwork - Part 2 - 75 minutes

Deep Conscious Breathwork is a combination of 2 sessions. Please book this session a few days after or up to 2 weeks after your Part 1 - 30 minute Breathwork consult session. This 2nd session is a 75-minute guided breathwork session. We work together on guiding your breath in a specific altered breathing pattern (three part conscious circular breathing) which is focused on accessing your deep emotions, decreasing stress, anxiety and overwhelm, and reconnecting you to your true self. I will be curating a music list specific to your desired outcomes based on our first meeting. This type of breathwork can be very powerful in allowing deep releases of stuck emotions, awareness and clarity of your true potential and connection with purpose. Total cost of the 2 sessions together is $333. This session is usually done remotly via Zoom connection. This is our first session together where we will start with an in-depth intuitive reading, energy healing and grounding work, and time to discuss your Energy Story.
