Medical Unit / Non Surgical Hair Replacement Consultation: PLEASE The Consultation is to determine the wants, needs and requirements for the client's non - surgical hair replacement or medical wig also known as a "Cranial Prosthesis". This consultation can take place either over video call or in person. In person consultations are preferred, however, not required. At the time of this consultation, Healthcare insurance eligibility will take place, if approved, your client profile will be transferred to a HIPAA approved Secure online System to continue to process your order. Custom Made to Order Glueless unit Consultation - The consultation is to determine the wants, needs and requirements for the client's custom made to order glueless unit. Please come prepared to discuss your desired look as well as photos to help describe This consultation is for serious inquiries only, that's why a card if required to be held on file at the time of booking. A fee of $35 will be charged in case of a no show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment.
