New patients will meet with a medical provider to go over their medical history, check vitals, & BMI. The medical provider will explain the various weight loss programs and diet plans and determine what option is best for you. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TO COMPLETE NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK.
