Gua Sha / Graston Technique

Gua Sha/Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. It is one of a number of manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently. In this session, the practitioner will identify areas of restriction and attempt to break up scar tissue to increase mobility, range of motion, and relive pain.

Naturopathic Medicine - Initial Visit

After a thorough initial interview reviewing health history (including any western medical testing and/or imaging), our Naturopathic Doctor, Barbara Siminovich-Blok, ND, LAc, will design a protocol that will support your health or fertility journey using a combination of supplements, nutrition, homeopathy, acupuncture, and therapeutic exercise.
