Our Services

Support Consultation
Our in-store support appointment allows us to discuss your system issue or needs with you and evaluate your system to check it in for either further diagnostics or repair. This is the most common appointment for a customer, especially a new customer, to book. There is no obligation to you and we'll give you honest advice, even if we think you shouldn't get the system repaired! If further diagnostics are needed you will be charged a non-refundable charge of $75, which is credited to your repair if approved. If your issue can be repaired during your appointment at the counter there is an $85 repair charge (plus any parts) payable at the end of your appointment.
Repair Drop-off
Book this appointment if we have already ordered parts for you and you are dropping it off for an active repair.
Completed Repair Pickup
Book this appointment to pickup your device after you have received notice that your restoration is complete and your device is ready for pickup.
Remote Support Appointment
Remote Support Session with a technician, 1 hour. Cost for these sessions are $85 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. You must first speak to a technician prior to scheduling a remote support appointment so we can evaluate whether the issue is something that can be handled remotely. There is no charge for remote support covered under our repair warranty or when requested by a technician under warranty.
Repair Quick Drop
Book this appointment if you want to drop off your device for diagnostics, but do not have time to stay for a full appointment. You will need to pay for the $75 non-refundable diagnostic charge at time of booking, but it will be credited to your repair. Note: You do not need to bring any power cords, keyboards or mice to your appointment. (Please make sure to give details of the issue you are having in the notes for your appointment)
