Reiki & Energy Work - Distance
During the pandemic, energy work is done distantly, over phone or video.. Usui Reiki is a traditional form of energy work from Japan. Because of the nature of energy, healing treatment can be done at a distance as well as in person. For Distance Healing, we may speak first over video, but then move to phone... It is only necessary to hear my voice during the healing.

EFT Tapping-75 Min
EFT can be said to release energetic 'knots' or imbalances by tapping on meridian points while using language to both focus the tapping and reach emotional and belief patterns created through past experiences. These patterns are often either unnoticed by us and/or are accepted as true until we unpack them... When we carry these patterns, scars, limiting beliefs, etc. through our life, they shape our choices, decisions and reactions. EFT can bring these to our conscious awareness and clear them out if they aren't serving us. This is what they mean by taking our destiny in our own hands... not leaving it in the 'hands' of these past patterns and beliefs. You could call these parts of ourselves our "baggage."
