A full evaluation of you and your baby, with a feeding observation, physical exam, assessment, counseling, and education in the comfort of your home. You will receive a care plan and your pediatrician will receive a report. The fee includes two weeks of remote follow up support. Superbill will be provided to submit for insurance reimbursement. Initial Home Visit with Travel fee (beyond 30 min travel time from Boulder)

If you're outside my main service area, you can either meet me at The Joy Collective in Boulder or pay the travel fee for a home visit. Either one works great for me! A full evaluation of you and your baby, with a feeding observation, physical exam, assessment, counseling, and education. You will receive a care plan and your pediatrician will receive a report. The fee includes two weeks of remote follow up support. Superbill will be provided to submit for insurance reimbursement. *PLEASE NOTE: Office appointments are only available from 12:30 pm-7 pm on Thursdays.*

Initial Office Visit

Same service as the home visit, but if you're outside my service area or simply prefer to meet outside your home, I'll consult with you at The Joy Collective in Boulder. Superbill will be provided to submit for insurance reimbursement.

Individual Pre-Natal/Pre-Adoption, Inducing Lactation and Return to Work Consults

If you’re pregnant or planning to adopt, a personalized pre-natal consult is a great way to set up your family for breastfeeding success. Telehealth Consult

Remote support that includes secure video conferencing, which allows evaluation, feeding observation, assessment, counseling, and education. You will receive a care plan and your pediatrician will receive a report. The fee includes two weeks of remote follow up support. Superbill will be provided to submit for insurance reimbursement.

Phone Consult ~ Billable in 15 Minute Increments

For questions/issues that do not require examination of breastfeeding parent and baby (at the discretion of the consultant). Billable in 15 minute increments.

Additional Remote Follow Up Support (2 Weeks)

For current clients only. Two additional weeks of remote support by phone, text and email if further assistance is desired beyond initial remote support period (which is included with each home/clinic/telemedicine appointment).
