The Hut Studios Artist Lounge: Is a 800 sq ft private facility, equipped with video projector, sound system, tables, wifi, photo/video lighting and more. The Lounge specializes in: •Music releases •Video premieres •Artist workshops The space is designed for private, intimate, mature events only. Not to exceed 30 people and not to run past 9pm. No music events, club events or performances. 4 hours includes setup and breakdown time. Extra fees may apply for any overages past the mandated 4 hours. No alchohol or illegal substances are to be sold. BYOB
