Mindful Moms & Down Dads

An offering for parents and adults 18+ who are looking for a virtual yoga + mindful movement class to decrease stress, calm anxiety, focus the mind, balance emotions and improve overall health and wellness! Combines a gentle mindful movement practice called Qigong, yoga exercises, mindful breathing and self acupressure! All ability levels welcome!
