Hypnotherapy

A powerful session that utilizes guided imagery for relaxation to transform physical and emotional issues. Can only be done in office. Insurance may not cover hypnotherapy.

Telephone session

Telephone sessions in which you call (607) 592-8825 at your scheduled time. Sessions can be 15, 30 or 45 minutes at a prorated rate. Please specify if you want a session other than 45 minutes.

Rich Shaw

Rich Shaw is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a Credentialed Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). He has worked with adolescents and adults for 30 years in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. He has lived in the Ithaca area for 20 years, enjoying the local scenic beauty. He believes in helping people to manage stress and remove obstacles that get in the way of life goals and personal fulfilment. He primarily uses a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. He is a trainer of Mental Health First Aid for youth and adults.
