My purpose in practice is three-fold: (1) To find and fix the root cause of your symptoms, (2) To help you better understand what is going on and why, and (3) To teach you how to find and fix stuff yourself so you don't have to always rely on me to do it for you. If I can put you back in the driver's seat, you can go from feeling controlled by your body to back in control. I will need to equip you with knowledge and know-how to do this. The "YOU FIX YOU" learning process takes longer to accomplish but my hope is that you will walk away knowing more about your body and empowered to take control. In the end, I want you to get back to being active, trust your body and feel encouraged that you can do it with fewer aches, pains, limitations or restrictions.
