Self Care Saturday

Self Care Saturday - Class is held from 9am to 11am on the second Saturday of the month. Lunch is provided. Virtual Self Care Saturday is offered in the comfort of your own home! Once you've paid, you'll get a link to the Zoom live class (Saturday 9 to 10 am) and after the class is finished, you'll receive a link to the entire filmed class as well for future reference. Please bring a yoga mat with you. The front door code is Star (*) 4202 to access the building, and we begin in Suite GL3. Take the elevator down one floor, turn left and head to the end of the hall. GL3 is the last door on the right before exiting to the courtyard. Occasionally I offer Yoga and Beer, a 60 minute vinyasa class followed by sampling some home brew I've made! It's a shorter class with more social time built in. You can double up and take two classes back to back, if you'd like. The first class starts at 9am, and the second at 10:30am. They're held in the same studio as Self Care Saturday at 1633 Fillmore St. Suite GL3. Aerial Yoga Self Care Sunday - Class is held from 2-5pm at Aerial Cirque Over Denver at 8964 E Hampden Ave, at the corner of Yosemite and Hampden. Three hours of playing in the air and building some crazy strong yoga poses and confidence. We'll build in some rest, restore and relax time, I promise. There is plenty of parking in the lot off Hampden. No need to bring a mat. Do wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. Russell will provide a snack. We will have time for you to get photos of you in the fabric.

Create a custom fit yoga practice for yourself, combining poses, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, awareness, philosophy, hands-on massage, and more to move out of pain holistically. Homework is a given in this modality.
