The therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy so it's important that you feel comfortable with me as your therapist. Consultations can be completed by telephone, in-person at my office, or by video. PLEASE be sure to specify what method of communication (phone, in-person, video) you would prefer in the "Appointment Notes" section when booking your appointment. If the method you prefer is not specified, consultations will be conducted via telephone.
