The monthly mentorship program is currently available exclusively to women who are seeking to engage in a conscious council to reflect and be accountable for their health and life goals. During our initial "council" session, we'll define your health and life objectives. I'll provide you with recommended daily ceremonial practices and reflections to help you stay grounded while pursuing your personal and/or business goals. The ongoing monthly council sessions will serve as check-ins, providing you with a conscious ceremonial space to reflect, heal and expand as you progress towards your goals and beyond.

Initial Wellness Consultation
(60- 90 minutes) You will leave with a personalized Wellness Plan, including suggestions such as; herbs, diet, flower essences, and personalized daily ceremonies. This price does not include the cost of suggested herbs or lab test

Follow up Wellness Consultation
Depending on your individual wellness goals/plan and budget, follow ups may be weekly or monthly. This give us an opportunity to find out what has changed, what is working and what may not be working. Follow up appointments are key to success.
