Join Paradigm's Scotta Brady 5 days per week for a relaxing and destressing yoga class with a focus on complimenting your fertility journey. Numerous studies show the benefits of Yoga for reproductive-aged women. Paradigm Yoga sessions address overall health and well-being, while decreasing stress and anxiety, before, during, or even after fertility treatments. We recommend attending a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week; however, daily is available as well. Also, for each 45-minute session, we will focus on meditation, mindfulness, breathing, and relaxation.
