Foutain of Youth

This luxury two hour body treatment will rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Your journey begins with a whipped body butter polish and hydration wrap. You are then cocooned in our infrared sauna blanket and will relax as you enjoy a rejuvenating scalp massage. A warm hydrotherapy shower awaits you then you return to the massage table for a full body massage.

Bella Bliss

When your body needs a fresh start, this will be a much needed escape. This 90 minute treatment begins with a whipped body butter polish to exfoliate the skin, followed by a hydrotherapy shower and relaxing hot stone massage.

Breathe & Zzzzzzs

Sleeping issues, digestive problems, fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression, lack of energy or chronic illness. These can all be signs of an overactive nervous system and your body's way of telling you to slow down. In this treatment your therapist will combine restorative breathing techniques, essential oils, rhythmic massage and acupressure to finally allow your body the time and guidance it needs to decompress.

Deep Heat

The ideal treatment when your body has been feeling sluggish.  Let our Infrared Sauna Blankets detoxify your body, deliver fresh nutrients to muscles and boost your metabolic rate. As you relax into the soothing, yet stimulating heat, your therapist will provide a neck and shoulders massage, give you a hydrating scalp treatment or aid you with water or cool cloth. You are then whisked away to a hydrotherapy shower while your therapist resets the table so you can enjoy an hour or 90 minute massage.

Experience the healing power of warm volcanic basalt stones as they glide seamlessly across your body (you can add on an additional 30 minutes to enjoy our Hot Stone Deep Tissue bodywork). Allow the stones to melt your muscles and as you to drift off into a heated bliss. Your therapist will change from stone to hand like a dance, creating a deeply relaxing experience.

Amanda Lindeman

Amanda is passionate about massage, graduating with a 4.0 from Cortiva Institute. She has had a successful private practice in Wyoming for 2 1/2 years prior to returning to beautiful Tucson. Due to Amanda’s extensive medical background working in hospital, chiropractic and out patient therapy clinics, she not only loves but excels in orthopedic and structural body work as well as manual lymph drainage and compression garment fitting.

Bobi Jo Stechcon

Bobi Jo Stechcon is a Board Certified massage therapist, who enjoys being an integral part of helping others heal, reach a greater overall sense of well-being and increase their mind-body-life connections. She gained much experience with restorative deep tissue work as well as relaxing Swedish and luxury spa treatments while at a high end resort, treating clients who led very active lifestyles. Bobi Jo received her education at the Cortiva Institute in 2011 receiving 1000 hours of education in massage therapy, with extensive knowledge in Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation, Chronic Pain Syndromes and work with Special Populations. In the culmination of her studies, she received her Board Certification, a highly esteemed designation in massage therapy. Since then has taken courses in Fundamentals in Oncology Massage, CPR/First Aid & AED, Working with PTSD as a Bodyworker, Neural Reset Therapy, as well as Deep Tissue Techniques, Aromatherapy and Qi Gong.

Danica Bartlett

Danica Bartlett is a Licensed Massage Therapist whose approach to healing utilizes perspectives from both Eastern medicine and Western medicine. She believes the combination of the two will facilitate the body to work more fluidly, as a whole. Some of her modalities include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Reiki. As a previous provider at Sabino Recovery, Danica has gained a strong background in working with survivors of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, substance abuse, and eating disorders. This allows her to provide an intuitively customized massage, that will help her clients undo muscularly stored, emotional pain patterns. Danica is confident in her ability to integrate and adapt her wide variety of modalities, which creates a truly unique experience.

Darcy Geweke

Tucson native who graduated from pima community college’s massage program in 2009. Spent most of my massage career with Canyon Ranch in Tucson before deciding to change my environment from working on “out of town” guests on vacation to local guests. I have a large variety of certifications including prenatal, deep tissue, body treatments, stone massage and ashiatsu. In my free time I like to spend time with my husband and two daughters traveling when we can and going on hiking adventures with our three labs.

Jen Ball

Jen is a recent graduate from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies in Tucson Arizona. In addition to being a massage therapist, Jen is a coach in functional fitness and weightlifting and has a passion for mobility and helping those she works with to be pain and injury free. A lifelong Utah resident, Jen moved to Tucson in 2016. She enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and relaxing evenings with friends, great food and lots of laughter.

Justice Bilbrey

Justice brings a love for whole body wellness paired with a deep knowledge of the structure and function of the human body. Her mission as a massage therapist is to meet her clients where they are at, and work together to create a tailored treatment plan for each person, catering to their specific goals for each massage — whether it be deep relaxation or improving discomfort or pain. Justice has experience working with clients from all walks and seasons of life. She has worked closely alongside both everyday gym-goers and competitive athletes to help reduce pain and facilitate recovery and help improve the quality of life and movement. In addition, attending her massage training while pregnant has allowed her to have an experienced and intuitive approach while working with expecting mothers. Combining relaxation techniques with specific therapeutic work within each session, you will always leave with a strong sense of restoration.

Kait Higgins

Kait is originally from the Kansas City area and moved to Tucson, AZ in June, 2017. In May of 2020, she graduated from Pima Community College with her Therapeutic Massage License. She is looking forward to being able to help everyone but specifically her fellow equestrian riders. Prior to crossing into human bodywork, Kait’s passion for horses inspired her career in animal health and wellness. She graduated from Therasage EMC with her certification in equine massage therapy in May of 2018. The subsequent November, Kait travelled to Oklahoma City to attend the NRHA Futurity where she worked closely with world champion reigners. Providing each and every horse with the highest quality care so the rider and the horse can be in sync is of the utmost importance to her. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and being around nature as well as riding her horse "Major" in a variety of competitions that include western dressage and obstacle/endurance trail riding.

Lisa Garcell

Lisa is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist in practice since 2016. Her primary ambition is to facilitate harmony and vitality in the lives and bodies of her clients through treatments carefully designed for individual restoration and healing. Along with an unwavering dedication to her clients’ well-being and desire to achieve balance through the art of healing touch therapies, Lisa is devoted to wielding her skills in a variety of modalities including Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, Hot Stone treatments, Aromatherapy and Prenatal Massage Therapy. Lisa currently specializes in Prenatal Massage and is expanding her skill and knowledge in Perinatal Massage to assist expectant mothers in preparation for birth and in postpartum recovery.

Reina

Reina has been working with chiropractor and physical therapist to assist car accident patients recover since 2016. Her style combines clinically based deep tissue, myofascial techniques, cupping and stretching to calm, reset, and relax the body. Flowing movement and specific work is also incorporated to aid in the body’s natural healing process and reconnect the client as a whole. Her work can benefit prenatal clients, athletes, chronic pain and anyone seeking overall wellness of being.

Shayna Eutsey

Shayna became a licensed massage therapist because she is passionate about helping people live their best lives. She incorporates multiple modalities such as myofascial, swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, cupping, reflexology, and Reiki to help facilitate whole body wellness. Her experience includes working with a chiropractor to support patient pain reduction and recovery, a local hospital using therapeutic touch to improve health-related quality of life, as well as working with clients to decrease everyday stress and wear and tear on the body. Everything is connected; mind, body, spirit and Shayna will work with you to create a plan that will help bring back balance and leave you feeling relaxed and restored. With a passion for learning, she is always adding new tools to improve her practice. She hopes to add therapeutic kinesiology taping to her skill set in the future.

With 1000 hours of training and over 3 years of hands-on experience, Stephen is skilled in most massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, MET (muscle energy technique), hot stones, trigger point release, and more. With a keen focus on improving your quality of life, Stephen will help you to assess your situation and develop a routine most suited to your needs and priorities. Achieving more mobility and less pain of the piriformis (sciatic nerve), low back, TMJ (jaw), and the neck just begins to tap into Stephen’s extensive areas of expertise.
