30 Minute Post-Lipo Massage
Liposuction creates pooling of lymph. LDM is recommended by plastic surgeons to accelerate healing and allow tissue to regain its supple texture. Areas where lymph has pooled are manipulated, allowing it to be moved into the bloodstream and excreted naturally by the body. Most clients need 4 to 6 sessions to remove the excess lymph, but will feel relief from swelling after just one session. Sometimes clients will experience lumpiness caused by trauma from the surgical instrument used. The tunnels and channels created by the surgical instrument will become swollen with fluid and left-over fat which can harden 1-3 weeks post surgery. LDM moves the fluid and breaks up this hardened tissue. Without LDM after liposuction there's a risk that the hardened tissue could turn into fibrosis, a permanent hardening of the area. Every client is different, and most doctors advise their patients to begin their LDM treatment after the 4th or 5th day post surgery to obtain the best and fastest results.

60 Minute Stone Massage
One of the most popular modalities in the healing arts, is Stone Massage. These smooth, flat, basalt stones are heated to a temperature between 120 and 130 degrees Fahrenheit, then used for massage and placed on key points of the body where tension is found. Stone Massage is the best non-invasive way to manage stress and release muscle tension and fascial adhesion without the use of more aggressive techniques used with Deep Tissue Massage.
