(online, 30 minutes) You'll go through the 6-week plan for breaking out of your unfulfilling ruts and getting on track to your happier life with two extra sessions for questions or deeper dive. 2. ONE Yin Yoga session. (W Seattle studio, 75 minutes) 3. ONE in person session.
