Hello.. my name is Shanna. I am a new barber here in Tacoma. My hometown is SoCal but I have lived in Seattle, Tacoma and now University Place for the last 30+years. I studied at Bates Technical College for my barbering license. Prior to that I worked for Pierce County Planning & Public Works. I like to think I just hung up the hard hat and tool belt for a hat that better suits my personality and tools, just a different type now 🧰 ✂️ Retiring early, people often ask why I chose to start another career as a barber. When I started going to barbershops to get my haircut years ago, I just knew that was what I was meant to do. Building relationships, helping others feel better, volunteering my services. Haircuts are very personal! I got to marry the love of my life. She and I have 2 pups, we enjoy traveling, boating around the beautiful Puget Sound and exploring Tacoma for all it has to offer.
