This is a side by side massage 2 massages in the same room. Perfect for couples, best friends, and mother /daughter. Customized for each client's individual needs, techniques may include Aromatherapy, Traditional Swedish massage, Deep tissue, manual lymph drainage, stretching, Myofascial Release or Trigger Point therapy. Hot towels and organic plant based oils are used to hydrate, tone and repair the skin.

Deeply relaxing, Reflexology Service is based upon the Ancient art of stimulating pressure points on the feet, hands & outer ears to improve overall health and vitality. Includes hot towel peppermint foot wrap.

Castor Oil Wrap

Castor Oil Pack and heat are applied to specific body part. (ie Stomach, knees, hands or feet. ) The pain-reducing and anti-inflammatory qualities of castor oil may be particularly helpful to those with an inflammatory disease such as rheumatoid arthritis or psoriasis. Helpful detox of liver, gall bladder and digestion issues.

Skin Tone Body Wrap

This intensive treatment targets cellulite and loose skin. It starts with a Coffee infused scrub, then the lemon seaweed wrap, followed by a hydrating body butter using manual lymph drainage technique. Melissa began practicing bodywork therapy after graduating the 700hr program at Cayce/Reilly school of massage therapy in Virginia Beach in April of 2018. Her modalities of interest include TM Cayce/Reilly massage, traditional swedish style, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myofascial technique, reflexology and cupping. She has extensive knowledge and countless hours of study in aromatherapy, health and wellness and herbal medicine. Melissa owned Apple A Day health food company from 2011-2017 but decided to close and pursue a more intimate approach of providing wellness for her clients. Shelley graduated from The Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1997. After nearly 20+ years of working with many diverse populations, she’s still fascinated with the body’s systems and it’s ability to repair and evolve. Shelley draws from her experience to customize each session to provide a complete therapeutic experience. Some of her areas of study include: Myofacial release, Medi-cupping, Injury rehabilitation, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Prenatal Massage, Reflexology (feet), Nutrition, and Therapeutic Yoga. She is also a licensed Esthetician and enjoys helping her clients achieve healthy confident skin.
