A women’s hair cut that is short consists of clipper work on the sides or scissors were the length of the hair is way above the shoulders and has little movement. The top is done with scissors or clipper as well. NOTE: barbers are usually skilled in doing shorter haircuts and on men, it’s an added extra when we can cater to all.
