Visit Project Art
Visit us at Project Art in Cummington, MA.
Project Art was established by gallerist Leslie Ferrin and artist Sergei Isupov as a live-work space for the production of ceramic art. Ferrin Contemporary maintains a library, archives, and gallery to support the activities taking place in the building.
Located in a fully renovated 19th-century mill building on the Westfield River in rural Cummington, Massachusetts, it offers studios for its artists and workshops. Residencies for select emerging and professional contemporary artists, writers, curators, and critics support the completion of research, projects, and artworks in the USA.
Project Art is open to the public by appointment and for programmed events. Artist Salons feature resident and local artists and visiting scholars who present their work, opening a dialog with the wider art community. Master workshops are offered to benefit artists working in clay. The public gallery hosts shows by residents and visiting artists as well as group shos. Many of these are held in connection with Ferrin Contemporary.
*We offer double or multiple booked slots for our guests, (limited to 5 people at any time due to restriction surrounding COVID 19). If you don't see your desired time available, book with other available staff and/or call the gallery for additional time slots.*
