During a brief consultation before the massage, a therapeutic plan will be discussed on what type of treatment modalities (Swedish, deep, myo-fascial, bio-dynamic cardiovascular craniosacral, trigger point, sports, cupping and/or Muscle response analysis) will be provided during your session. Followed by the hands on portion.
