During a 1 hr session couples can decide which area of the body they would like to focus on. Techniques are demonstrated and then practiced by participants on one another. During a 1 hr session we can plan to learn one area only. Other areas added time permitting.

Barefoot massage (Ashiatsu) is a technique in which I provide deep, relaxing, firm, broad, consistent pressure using my feet. Yes, my feet! Don’t worry they are clean and soft and can provide about quadruple the pressure that my thumb can. I always work with each clients desired pressure to ensure your massage experience is a pleasant one.
