Barre Fitness Class with Lauren

Barre Fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre Instructor Lauren incorporates a ballet barre and uses classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre Fitness also focuses on high reps of small range movements

Fall Prevention Workshop

In this 4 week course we utilize a variety of exercises & movements to attain better balance & strength to prevent falls, tripping hazards and help improve walking gait. Mondays at 4:30pm

Corrective Exercise Workshop

This 4 week course utilizes strength & conditioning exercises to strengthen the core, lower back and shoulders to attain better overall posture. Tuesdays at 9am

Neuromuscular Conditioning Workshop

During this 4 week program we utilize basic neuromuscular movement patterns, resistance training for the Nervous System and RPR methods we strengthen the overall motor control of the body to aid in every day human movement patterns. Highly advised for clients with Neuromuscular disorders.

First Responders Conditioning Workshop

4 week strength & conditioning course for improving core strength, overall lifting strength, power and lower back conditioning geared for first responders in the field.

Prime 7 Workshop

During this 4 week program we utilize the prime 7 movement patterns of the human body. This course promotes overall strength of the joints, core and mobility conditioning.

Drop In Workout

Drop in for your own workout in our facility, schedule dependent. First come first serve, limited to 3 people per hour.

Custom Online Workout Program

Let our experienced trainers design a workout program just for you to use outside of the gym or studio. Share your goals, equipment that you have access to, if any, and after a consult (about 30 minutes) either in person or on the phone, we will design a tailored 4 week program just for you. With weekly check ins and video chat we will continue to progress your program.
