This fee helps us cover our rent, liability insurance, all paper products for you and your group (i.e. cups, plates, napkins, tissues, utensils), all yoga prop rental for your group, and other costs your group may create. we do our best to make sure you are well supported and provided for while hosting with us! Private Yoga at the Sanctuary is a wonderful healing modality for your mind, heart, spirit, and body. Your sessions will taught by Nicci Kristine, YACEP, ERYT200 hr, a beloved yoga instructor in Charleston SC. Her specialties include Restorative Yoga, Power Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and she is certified in a trauma informed practice, can offer hands on assistance and reiki, and provides a curated experience for your specific needs. This one on one practice includes meditation, asana movement, savasana rest at the end, and intuitive poses, reiki, and healing co created by you and Nicci as you flow and move. You will leave feeling recharged and empowered. It is suggested you wear comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation. This booking is for a single session and can include (and is not limited to) yoga, offered reading materials, silent or guided meditation & coaching philosophy.
