Raised in Astoria Queens, Stella knew early on that she wanted to work in the beauty industry. From cutting her own hair to practicing on family members and close friends her skills began to flourish. However, it wasn't until she attended the Learning Institute of Beauty Science in 1991 that her dream became a reality. After receiving her cosmetology license she began working as an assistant. Stella continued following her passion cutting and stying her own clientele in a well known "boutique style" salon located in Queens as well as educating aspiring stylists in various salons in Long Island. Stella's specialties consist of mens long hair cuts, retro cuts and color. She has also taken advanced classes with the Aveda Academy, Toni and Guy as well as color classes with Goldwell and Wella.
