We will Inspect, Diagnose and/or Troubleshoot irrigation system for cause of system inoperability. May also include programming of timer and testing all zones for proper on/off functionality. Platinum System Tune-Up

Our 6 point system check will help prolong the life of your system as well as enhance performance. This includes testing and setting the controller for proper start and run times on all zones, setting all heads, adjusting all heads, cleaning or replacing orifices on spray heads. Inspect rain sensor. Inspect Backflow for proper insulation. Also includes RAISING and/or LOWERING of heads as needed. *4 zones or less, $100 for each additional zone after 4 zones.. Re-claimed Water (CCI)

We will contact Clay Utilities to set up an appointment. Please choose your preferred time/date and we will do our best to schedule the time with them. Morning time slots are preferred. Clay County Utility needs 24 hours advance notice. This fee covers our service call and time to schedule with Clay Utilities. Pool Re-Route

Pool re-routes consist of two stages of service. 1 - Before excavation of the pool, we go out to locate, cut and cap the irrigation lines on each side of the back of the home. This is to insure there will not be any possibly charged irrigation lines under the future pavers, pool decking, patio, etc. We abandon any and all of the irrigation in the backyard. 2 - After pool is completed, we go back out to re-configure irrigation lines with new materials by routing them around the outside of the pool perimeter. Then we Install new sprinkler heads and PVC piping to insure proper coverage of all landscape ornamentals and turf in the backyard Price varies $2500-$3500 based on labor and materials due to customized configurations. Deposit of half down is required upon the completion of the first stage before pool is excavated.
