Initial Aromatherapy Consultation

In this 1:1 session, we will review your health history and Marie Davis, Certified Professional Aromatherapist will collect the relevant details to allow me to custom formulate an essential oil blend specific to your individual needs. Clients will complete an online health questionnaire and HIPAA acknowledgement within 24-hours of booking their appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of their appointment time and not re-scheduled will be charged a cancelled appointment fee of $10. Custom Aromatherapy appointments occur via a password protected Zoom meeting, or at Hazel Moon Botanicals in Meredith, NH. Meeting details and health questionnaire will be e-mailed in advance of scheduled meeting time. This consultation provides the client with a 1:1 review of common conditions to determine a recommended personalized aromatherapy blend. This consultation does not include specific formulation or physical aromatherapy products. Within 24-hours of your consultation, the client will receive, via e-mail, a PDF appointment summary, with a generalized essential oil blend and suggestions for use, along with a fee schedule for the finalized blend or aromatherapy products. Marie Davis is a certified professional Aromatherapist. As a professional Aromatherapist, I do not make any claim of replacing any holistic or medical therapy. I do not advise clients in any form that Aromatherapy is superior to any other holistic or medical treatment, as Aromatherapy is of a complementary nature ONLY, rather than a curative treatment. I also am not a doctor and, therefore, do not advise on ANY oil for internal ingestion.
