PRIVATE TRAINING sessions are by appointment only. Once appointment has been made, please call the night before to confirm. Otherwise, others may be scheduled ahead of you. If you do confirm the night before, and cancel for any reason, you will be charged for that session. Confirm again, at least one hour before your session.
