Meet with Callie to discuss how Myofascial Release Therapy can help you, and to develop a treatment plan. A visual postural assessment will help identify structural imbalances and restricted areas. Please wear viewing clothes such as athletic shorts and a sports bra, tank top, or a bathing suit.
60 minute MFR (half session)
Myofascial Release therapy addresses restrictions in the fascial system. MFR is effective therapy for many chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, neuropathy, carpal tunnel, scarring, anxiety, pain, stiffness, etc. Skin must be clean and free of oils and lotions for effective application of myofascial techniques. Please do not apply sunscreen or moisturizer before your treatment. Do not plan to do vigorous activities after treatment until the following day. (Athletes, please do not schedule MFR before a sporting event on the same day that you need to compete).

Prenatal Massage 75 minutes
Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy and is a wonderful complementary approach to prenatal care. The majority of the massage takes place in a side-lying position, bolstered by pillows and wedges for comfort and support, to safely relieve pressure on the abdomen and prevent the over-stretching of soft ligaments. Prenatal massage benefits both the mother and her baby by increasing body awareness and enhancing mother/baby connection. Massage reduces fatigue, improves circulation, and helps to relieve back aches, stiff necks, headaches, leg cramps and edema. The moisturizing properties of oil during massage help minimize stretch marks.
